Rock River Community Clinic – Jefferson is housed in the Jefferson County Annex Building.

The Jefferson location was home to the former Rock River Free Clinic who provided medical care for low income and uninsured patients in Jefferson County since 2003.  In 2019, the Rock River Community Clinic was established, joining the two free clinics and community dental clinic in Jefferson and southern Dodge counties, allowing them to align operations and transition to an integrated, community-based health care model.
