The Watertown location was home to the former Watertown Cares Clinic who provided medical care for low income and uninsured patients in the Watertown area since 2008. In 2019, the Rock River Community Clinic was established, joining the two free clinics and community dental clinic in Jefferson and southern Dodge counties, allowing them to align operations and transition to an integrated, community-based health care model.
