Specialized care, including women’s health, family planning, well-child visits, school physicals, and diabetic education, is also available at our Watertown and Whitewater clinics, where quality and patient-centered service are our priorities.

The Rock River Community Clinic in Fort Atkinson provides comprehensive dental care for patients of all ages in the greater Jefferson County area, welcoming those with Medicaid or without insurance (see Eligibility for details). Our goal is to ensure accessible oral health for everyone. At your first visit, our experienced dentists will assess your needs and create a personalized treatment plan. From routine check-ups to advanced procedures, we’re here to offer the quality care you deserve.

Our behavioral health services offer personalized support through an integrated model. Our BH provider and case manager connect you to the right resources, offering trauma-informed care, behavioral assessments, and collaboration with specialized programs like the Wisconsin Child Psychiatry Consultation Program. We address conditions such as depression, anxiety, and substance misuse within a primary care setting, often providing access to care within a week or even the same day. Our on-site BH prescriber supports medication management, while BHI services provide follow-up calls, help with appointments, transportation, and more to help you meet your mental health goals.

At RRCC, our Care Navigator, Financial Advocate, Referral Coordinator, and PAP Coordinator work to support patients beyond medical appointments by addressing barriers like social needs, housing, transportation, and access to medical services. Our team educates and connects patients with the right resources, coordinating care with families, community resources, and healthcare providers as needed.
