The Fort Atkinson location was been home to the former Community Dental Clinic, providing oral health and dental services for low income patients in Jefferson County since 2006. In 2019, the Rock River Community Clinic was established, joining the two free clinics and community dental clinic in Jefferson and southern Dodge counties, allowing them to align operations and transition to an integrated, community-based health care model.
